Over the course of 100 days, I will explore a concentrated focus on experiencing inner peace and presence. I will use inspiration from various sources to suggest a theme for each day, and I will report on that theme every day on this blog. I welcome you to comment on my posts and share your own experiences and insights.
If you want to actually join me in this challenge, there are two ways you can do that:
First, the simplest way is to use my daily post as a launch point. If my source of inspiration inspires you, too, you can declare your intention for the day in the comments section for that day’s post.
Second, I encourage you to create your own 100 Days of Peace challenge with your own parameters and your own blog. Here are some instructions to do so:
- Decide on the parameters of your challenge: what exactly will you be doing, how often, what structure do you need to support you, etc. Avoid perfectionism in this step. Better to jump in and get started and figure things out as you go.
- Create a blog. It’s easy. I set this one up in about 10 minutes.
- Comment below announcing your blog (remember to include your blog address) so others can share in your experience.
- Play every day! Yes, even on weekends. But again, avoid perfectionism and don’t make yourself “bad” if you miss a day (or even several).
- Spread the word and invite other people to join us.
Let’s create a movement together!
Peace & Passion,
Curtis

Have just seen your blog … embrace the sadness and know that this is part of the ‘letting go’ process. Many things are held in the heart that we’re not even aware of …. and when we do good work on our subtle selves, such as you are, the heart is opened and - for whatever reason - sadness arises in this letting go process. It is no coincidence that sadness has arisen during your 100 Days of Peace challenge. To assist in this cleansing process I recommend hot showers - the power of our purest crystal - H2O. You’re doing great!
Hello! I’ve read your blog for a while now, and I’m wondering if you could still add me up even if your 100 days experience is already coming to completion.
I have a blog at wordpress, which is http://www.itakeoffthemask.wordpress.com but would appreciate it if you add my site at http://www.joyfulvoice.blogspot.com since it’s where I plan to post my experience in starting to live the full life I desire.
