Update: I had an incredible day! Although the weather reports were certain that it the temperatures would rise and the snow would turn to rain, it stayed snow and we were able to ski the whole day. Skiing was a blast. I can't believe it's been over 15 years since I've done it.

Afterwards we visited with some friends of my friend who invited me skiing. Although I'd never met them before, I had such a good time with them that they felt like my own friends in just a few hours.

Setting my intention to experience joy, gratitude, and wonder allowed me to welcome and enjoy everything that happened throughout the day.

Clearing Report (see Day 66 for an explanation)

Meditation: 5 AM

Conscious eating: Breakfast went well, but lunch and dinner were social gatherings. I completely forgot about my conscious eating practice. The next time I eat with other people I will intentionally make that a part of my practice. It seems like a great opportunity to involve others.

Authenticity: Very high, like an 8 out of 10. I was with people all day, friends and strangers alike. I'm finding that by just shutting up I can prevent The Curtis Show. I speak when I'm spoken to, or when I genuinely have something to say. But I give myself permission not to fill space with talking.

In bed: 10:45 PM
